About Isles of Collier Preserve
An elite country club commune, Colliers Reserve contains 228 single-family residences sited on lots ranging from one-third to three-quarters of an acre. Virtually all of Colliers Reserve homes feature incomparable golf, lake or riverfront views. Although every residence in Collier Reserve is a custom design, a design-review committee maintains the community's strict architectural and lifestyle standards. The minimum size home allowed is 2,500 square feet.
Created with the avid golfer in mind, the heart of Colliers Reserve is the Arthur Hill 18-hole course, incorporating the neighboring Cocohatchee River into its design at staggered intervals. Country club members will appreciate the private facilities where they can practice driving, putting and chipping. There are also luxurious men and women's locker and lounge areas and a lap pool. Exclusive formal and informal dining is available inside the main clubhouse, and the adjacent Tennis center features lighted courts for an enjoyable nighttime match.
