The Community consists of 350 single-family homes, 110 single-family attached villas, and 88 condominium units arranged in 22 two-story buildings. There are a total of 548 residential units in the community.
Built as a family-friendly community, children in Autum Woods attend the top public schools in Collier County: Seagate Elementary, Pine Ridge Middle and Barron Collier High. Also, the private Village School (pre-K thru 12) is next door to our community.
Community amenities include two swimming pools, heated spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, fitness room and two meeting/activity rooms, yet in spite of this, the HOA fees are very reasonable.
