Mediterra is a gated community located on the border of Collier and Lee Counties, featuring estate homes, villas, and coach homes. Mediterra is still in the process of being developed. It will feature fewer than 950 residences and consists of nearly 1,700 stunning acres. For the nature enthusiast, more than half of Mediterra is reserved as open space. The lifestyle includes two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses, and a beautiful 25,000 square foot clubhouse with formal and casual dining areas, swimming pool, tennis, and fitness center.
Membership Opportunities
Golf Membership
Golf members are entitled to all Sports, Beach and Clubhouse amenities, facilities and events and unlimited
golf year round without greens fees. Memberships are limited to 450 for 36 holes of golf.
Golf Membership Contribution: $85,000*non-refundable
2010 ~ 2011Annual Dues: $13,000 plus tax
Dues billed semi-annually, February and August
Sports Membership
Sports Membership Contribution: $30,000*, non-refundable
2010 Annual Dues: $5,500 plus tax
Dues Billing: Dues billed semi-annually, February and August
Sports members are entitled to all Sports, Beach and Clubhouse facilities. Sports members may play a maximum of six rounds in season (November 1- April 30), including rounds played as a guest of a Golf member. Sports members may play unlimited rounds in the summer (May 1- October 31). All major Golf events are limited to Golf members only. Golf privileges for Sports members are subject to change.

Social Membership Privileges
Social Members are entitled to dining privileges year round at The Clubhouse and full Beach Club privileges Easter through December 15. From December 15 until Easter, Social Members have dinner privileges at the Beach on scheduled dinner nights.
